Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, so no appointment is needed. If you have questions or would like to make an appointment, call us at (985) 400-5370 or send a message through our contact form, and our staff will be glad to help.
What are your hours?
We are open 7 days a week, from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Where are you located?
We are located at 73015 Hwy 25 Suite A, Covington, LA 70435, just north of downtown Covington near the intersection of highways 190 and 25. Our office is also conveniently located close to the communities of Folsom and Franklinton.
Do you accept insurance?
Total Health Urgent Care accepts most major health insurance plans and can bill the insurance companies directly. The co-pay amount for your office visit is set by your insurance provider, and is usually listed on your insurance card. To use your insurance for your visit, please bring your primary insurance card and secondary insurance card if applicable when you come.
What if I don't have insurance?
Out-of-pocket cost for office visits is $130. This includes exams, referrals, and any prescribing of medication. Self-pay cost for x-rays is $75. Because we provide such a long list of services, it’s recommended that patients looking for an accurate estimate call beforehand to inquire about out-of-pocket pricing.
Do you offer primary care?
Yes. We also do primary care. You can use Total Health as your source for primary care.
Do you offer school and sports physicals?
Yes. We provide yearly school and sports physicals as required, with referral as needed for any abnormalities. School and sports physicals are free for student athletes.
