Total Health Urgent Care accepts most major health insurance plans and can bill the insurance companies directly. To use your insurance for your visit, please bring your primary insurance card and secondary insurance card (if applicable) when you come.
Out-of-pocket cost for office visits is $130. This includes exams, referrals, and any prescribing of medication. Self-pay cost for x-rays is $75. Because we provide such a long list of services, it’s recommended that patients call beforehand to inquire about out-of-pocket pricing.
Yes. We provide yearly school and sports physicals as required, with referral as needed for any abnormalities. School and sports physicals are free for student athletes.
